Meet the founder

Tremaine McMillian is a U.S. Veteran, entrepreneur, and the driving force behind McMillian Consulting LLC. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Tremaine combines strong business acumen with deep federal experience. His professional background includes managing and evaluating security contracts with the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Protective Service (DHS FPS), where he developed expertise in compliance, procurement, and contract oversight. He holds certifications in Project Management, Cybersecurity, and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Levels I & II, and is currently pursuing certification in Security Management. Tremaine's military service laid the foundation for his leadership philosophy — show up prepared, be accountable, and always put the mission first.
